Nothing says film noir, pulp-fiction or movie starlette more than a pair of shapely ankles in stiletto heels, especially in dingy apartment block hallways. These fun digital pop art images capture the spirit of the times, along with the typical femme fatales who wore them, complete with appropriate fonts. All are suitable as high quality wall art for living rooms, studios, dens, offices, halls or stairway walls, as well as gifts.

Pulp fiction magazines and comics had spectacular cover art, which as time moved on became pop art. These art creations of Vicki Dixon go there and capture the spirit of those times in Max Wilson's grungy minimalist comic style. These are serious art works not suitable for light social areas of your house. For the right sort of people, these are suitable for library areas, drawing rooms, boudoir, hideaway sanctuary rooms, but not lounge, dining rooms or nurseries unless you love featuring strong, heavy, serious art. They'll hang well beside any serious intense modern art.

Pin-up girls are a part of modern art history. PC culture has effectively cancelled pretty girl pin-up art and calendar girls. Well, Max Wilson won't give up and continues to do work in that genre. In our opinion, the greatest pin-up artist of all time was Joaquin Alberto Vargas y Chávez, better known by just Vargas. His art was the best. He said "Show me something more beautiful than a woman and I'll paint it". Max Wilson agrees. We don't have much in this genre yet, but Max is working on it. In particular he's very interested in aircraft "nose art" and has some in development. This section will see more art of this type here. Watch for more.
